I have always liked scarves. Though I am living in the tropics, crazy aircon weather allows me to wear it. I wear scarves to work in Manila and to the malls, cinemas, etc. They add color, print, or something to whatever your wearing.
I came across a great video from Youtube by Wendy Nguyen. You can check out her website here. The video shows you how to tie a scarf in 25 ways in 4.5 minutes. The video is so fun to watch and I could imagine all the hard work that went into shooting it.
Here is the video:
Oh and the video was actually posted last year! Ha! The video also links to complete instructional videos of all 25 ways. Very helpful!
Cute, right?!?

Dinner with Dolce & Gabbana
I have always enjoyed food! and no, this isn't turning into a food blog soon. I just wanted to share a fashion editorial from the pages of the April issue of Harper's Bazaar.
Featuring designer duo Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana of Dolce and Gabbana. The two throw an Italian feast for London's It girls.
Lovely photos, right? Though I wouldn't suggest wearing your Dolce duds while eating pizza next time.
Fashion and Food isn't the best combination for some. Stains, Diets, just be careful with that spaghetti next time...
Clockwise from top left: Jade Williams, Mary Charteris, Cara Delevigne, and Florrie Arnold.

Get Back, Stay Back (Updated)
Get Back, Stay Back is one of the editorials in the sports issue of V Magazine (Oh, BTW it features an androgynous Jennifer Lopez on the cover, in a codpiece nonetheless). The fashion story stars the gorgeous Lara Stone, styled by Carine Rotfield, and Photography by Nick Knight.
It features Krav Maga which translates from Hebrew as 'contact combat': Krav (קרב) meaning 'battle' and Maga (מגע) meaning 'contact'. Krav Maga is a practical and realistic system which teaches how to prevent, avoid, deter, or deal with all kinds of violent threats and attacks, including those which involve weapons. Krav Maga educates people in the subjects of self defence, self protection, fighting and combat skills, as well as the skills to defend others. Krav Maga is taught in a unique and comprehensive manner and was developed in Israel under realistic conditions.
Brutal Chic / Power Dressing
Lara Stone is always stunning and in great fighting form. Lovely heels from Prada, too!
I love the combination of self defence and high fashion. Lara wore some serious Spring/Summer 2012 threads from Balenciaga, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Valentino and more.
You can see more of her in videos from SHOWstudio.
in Ralph Lauren's mint green evening gown
You can also watch a whole slew of video's from SHOWstudio's Youtube Channel. Below are some of my favorites.
March is also International Women's Month and this editorial is quite fitting, right?
Empowerment never looked this good!
Plus, here's a video from VMagazine's YoutubeChannel featuring Photographer Nick Knight.
